1. Acceptance
By using the EcoGarnia app or website ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between EcoGarnia ("Company") and you ("User").
2. Service Description
EcoGarnia is a mobile application that allows users to track their plants, receive watering and fertilizing reminders, use AI-powered plant identification and care support, and monitor their carbon contribution. The app is currently in development and will launch soon.
3. Account and Registration
Certain features of our Service may require you to register. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for the security of your account; keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service.
4. Permitted Use
You may only use the Service for lawful and personal purposes. The following are strictly prohibited: sharing harmful, threatening, or misleading content; gaining unauthorized access to other users' accounts; running automated software (bots, scrapers, etc.) that abuses the system; and taking any action that infringes intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The EcoGarnia name, logo, designs, software, and content are the property of EcoGarnia and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of our Service does not grant you any ownership rights to these materials. Plant data and content you add to the app remain yours.
6. AI Features
AI-powered plant identification and care support features are provided for informational purposes only. They do not guarantee 100% accuracy. For important decisions regarding your plants' health, we recommend consulting a professional botanist or horticulturist. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice.
7. Carbon Tracking
Carbon tracking calculations in the app are estimated values based on scientific data. These are not precise or certified carbon offset measurements. They are provided for informational purposes only.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Modifications and Termination
EcoGarnia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account access if you violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations; if that is not possible, Turkish courts shall have jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be announced via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
